We walked down the Bump Track to the first creek with the homeschoolers. There were two new families who came along. It was very beautiful there. Laxmi collected lots if pretty leaves. She especially liked the red ones. Varsha and some of the other kids cleared lots of leaves out of part of the creek so the water would flow more.

Varsha stayed and played at Zeasian’s place while Laxmi and I went to Mossman for her swimming class. Zeasian has new baby ducklings at her house. They also have a new quad bike. Varsha and Laxmi went for a ride with all the kids.

We watched Avatar after dinner.

Varsha went down to the shop to get milk for John’s coffee. Laxmi helped put fresh hay in the chickens’ nesting boxes.

Varsha made Laxmi a Box Troll outfit. We had pancakes. John made a swirly pancake that he called a Kandinsky pancake. We looked up Kandinsky and thought about making paintings of music. Varsha and John and Rupert went down to look at the dam. Varsha got pretty wet. Laxmi played some rounds of Slug Terra. Varsha watched some Good Mythical Morning. It was pretty hot. A new bug has appeared in the garden.

Tashi came over and she had a go at the monster game with Varsha and Laxmi. Then we got out the air drying clay. Laxmi helped John making a new sweet potato bed.

We watched Barbie in a Pony Tale before we went to sleep
