Coconut, pandan and banana

Varsha scraped the flesh out of a coconut while Kiko had fun with the husk.

We made pandan pancakes with pandan leaves from the garden and coconut and palm sugar filling. Varsha loved them in Darwin when she was a baby and she still loves them.

Laxmi has been doing lots of drawing and taking photos with the rainbow she gets on her desk in the afternoon.

This is crocheted banana fibre from our garden.
