We stopped to look at the big goldmine outside Cobar. We watched a huge truck drive all the way down and under the ground.

We drove through the rain to Hillston on the Lachlan river and stopped for lunch. We went to the little op shop too.

It stopped raining for a while and we went on to Hay. There is lots of rain predicted so we stayed in a cabin. We were happy to be inside when the thunder and lightning came.
