I went away to a 50th birthday party. Laxmi and Varsha went to the creek with Cat and the homeschoolers. They went to the second community dinner at Geraghty Hall with John and had a trip to Cairns with John before coming to the airport to pick me up.

It’s very hot again. Varsha went with Thiango and Cat to Kuranda for a planning meeting for a youth homeschoolers group. They really enjoyed seeing some friends they hadn’t seen for a while and planning activities for the group to do.

Cosi came over for a play but Laxmi wasn’t feeling very well. They watched a Pokémon video.

Luka came back with Varsha and Thiango for a sleepover at Kerima. Varsha loved that too. They played silly Olympics, monster high dolls and watched Matilda (the movie based on the book by Roald Dahl. We all had dinner together with Luka’s family who are moving to England soon.
