Grandma and Grandpa came to visit. Varsha showed grandma her string sculptures and her tree house set up. Laxmi and grandma did a mosaic craft kit which was super fiddly. Laxmi also showed Grandma ROBLOX and played fuzzy felt with her.

We went down to their apartment in Palm Cove and had a delicious dinner at Vivo. We watched a Japanese cooking show and a garden makeover show and some Pokémon on the TV. It was very hot and we enjoyed the air conditioner.

Varsha and Laxmi and Grandma played Monopoly and went for a swim while Grandpa and I went out to get new tyres.

That night we had dinner at the Thai restaurant and walked there from the apartment through the mangroves. Varsha wants to use mangroves in her book.

Melissa came over and cut Varsha’s hair. She is very happy to have short hair for swimming.

We measured Laxmi and she is almost as tall at 7 as Varsha was at 8 years old.

There are lots of frogs and giant moths in the bathroom. The dragonfruit plants are blooming.
