After pancakes we drove down to Cairns. Varsha and Laxmi played Pokemon Go along the way.

We stopped at the Tanks and went to see the Inkmasters’ print exhibition. I had a print in it from the wood block workshop. It had sold. There were lots of great prints. Laxmi took some photos and we picked out our favourites.

There were lots of Pokestops nearby and we walked to the botanical gardens collecting Pokeballs and Pokemon.

We had lunch at the cafe and visited the newly refurbished fernery. We loved the lily pond and the fabulous orchids.

That night a weird bug with flapping pincers landed on John.
