We drove down to Cairns to visit Thiango and Cosmo at Zelda’s.

We bought a watermelon on the way. Varsha had seen Rhett and Link make watermelon jack o’lanterns on Good Mythical Morning. She wanted to make one too. Ollie helped scoop out the watermelon. Varsha made a menu of features. Varsha and Thiango gave the lantern 4 faces with faces Laxmi and Cosmo had chosen.

We had a swim and dressed up in Halloween costumes. We had dinner together and went out trick or treating afterwards. Suzanne, the lovely au pair from Holland came too.

Suzanne looked after everyone while John and I went out to see Cat and Will’s show. They watched Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and ate lollies.

It was very late by the time we got home.
