In dancing class this week Laxmi got to wear her new costume. It looks fabulous.

We had morning tea at the junction cafe and a little look in the second hand shop and the op shop. Varsha admired a door near the second hand shop.

We met up with the local homeschoolers at the creek in Shannonvale. It was lovely and cool.

Zee and Tiki’s grandpa was working in the packing shed at the passionfruit farm on the other side of the creek. We walked over and watched them grading the passionfruit. They had a conveyor belt that washed them and sorted them into sizes. Each chute had a number on it for the amount of passion fruit that would fit in each box. Big passionfruit, small number. Small passionfruit, big number. We got a really big box of the really small ones for a bargain price.

It was bring a buddy day to gymnastics this week so Laxmi had a turn. She really loved it.

It was Mount Molloy market day and John set up the stall by himself because Varsha slept in after the Halloween disco. We all went down a bit later and Varsha did some more crochet with Margaret.

Varsha was invited to Bila’s scary birthday party. We bought her a lovely blue drink bottle from the cafe in Mount Molloy and some hair clips from the Opal Bar. Varsha and Laxmi both made cards.

Catherine sent some photos from the party. There was apple bobbing and pin the fangs on Dracula.
