We made marshmallows today. Varsha has been looking forward to making marshmallows and toasting them over a fire. We plan to have a fire tomorrow night.

We watched an interesting documentary about the history of Halloween. Before that we had also watched a Goodies episode that was set in the ancient Roman Empire and Celtic Britain.

Varsha rode her bike up to Elizabeth and Duncan’s and back two times by herself this afternoon. She has learned to ride her bike in a month.
