We arrived in Cairns early in the morning. We didn’t sleep much on the plane. We caught a taxi to the bus stand in the city and caught the Cooktown bus all the way home. We were the only people on the bus. The driver kindly dropped us off at our house.

Everything looks so different here. We walked into town and got our mail and some supplies from Louarna’s. It was really nice to shower and sleep and relax.
